How to cleanse your Liver
Brew 1-2 tea spoon of your liver flush tea blend with 8oz of pure drinking water and drink it every night for 7 nights after dinner and at least 1 hour prior to sleep.

Tips for best cleanse
As much as possible try to stick purchasing locally grown organic fruits and vegetables. Avoid the following items -a) Coffee creamer (contains high sugar and oils – that’s right oil)
b) Cow’s milk and soy products
c) Alcoholic beverages (damage your liver)
d) Sodas (diet or regular makes no difference)
e) Anything with high fructose corn syrup
f) Preferably avoid gluten
g) Food like pizzas, cheese and related products
h) Reduce or avoid red meat intake
Eat 4-5 small portion meals daily by including a lot of salads, vegetable soups, raw nuts and seeds, and fruits. Limit meat intake to one portion of white meat every other day for lunch.
A small percentage of people may experience what is known as a healing crisis. You may feel worse during and right after your liver cleanse than you did before you started it. The accumulation of toxic material must be processed to be removed from the body. Don't get discouraged.
There is no standard on how often one should cleanse. It depends greatly on the body type, physical activity and many other factors. Teatox Life Liver Detox Tea is expected to cause watery, extremely soft and easily passed stools similar to diarrhea. So make sure you have access to a bath room. The watery and soft stools are the result of cleanse turning the solid waste and bowel compaction into a liquid or semi liquid form. This could possibly be construed by some as diarrhea, though it is hard to differentiate.
This is an expected reaction and a sign that you are cleansing. If you experience this more than 3 or 5 times in a day, stop usage immediately as this cleanse may be too strong for your body. Reduce the intake of tea and alternate with lemon water with 1 tea spoon of apple cider vinegar until you achieve desired results.
Some customers have complained of abdominal cramping during their cleanse process. The reasons for these could be varied including your body detoxing or your digestive duct not functioning at optimal levels. You could potentially feel this for 2 to 3 days during your cleanse and it should subside by Day 3 when your body is no longer resisting the cleanse. Assuming, that a detox tea can change your world around is a myth. Ensure always that you drink sufficient fluids, especially water. When you detox it is important that your body is flooded with fluids to flush out the toxins. If cramping continues, is extremely painful, unbearable or if you notice signs of bleeding in your stools, stop using the product immediately as these are indications of this product not suiting your body type.
